The project
Ruihe International Headquarters Park combines offices, business services, research and supporting facilities on an 83,000 sqm site with 51% green coverage and 600 parking spaces. Phase II was delivered in 2009, and the park is now 96% leased or sold.
The park received the 2008 China Real Estate Top 10 Most Valuable Brands award and the 2009 Shanghai Garden Cup Gold Award. Its facilities include intelligent security, communications and payment systems, modern lifts, meeting and exhibition rooms, staff dining, an indoor tennis court, a golf practice area and a swimming pool.
